Mineral County Schools will be releasing students as a three hour early dismissal on Monday, April 8th. This early release will allow our staff and students to arrive home safely to experience this rare and exciting event. This solar eclipse is particularly special as it will be the last one to shade the United States until the year 2044. In order to enhance the learning experience for our students, the school has purchased solar eclipse glasses, moon pies and Sunny D drinks for all students to enjoy as they learn about and observe the solar eclipse. We are excited to hear about our students' experiences on Tuesday. Thank you and have a great weekend!

Hello Wiley Ford families. We have a few reminders for this week. the Mobil Dentist will be at the school on Wednesday, March 20th, and Thursday, March 21st. All G & G Studio Spring picture orders are due by this Friday, March 22nd. Summer School Energy Express applications are due by Monday, March 25th. Spaces are filling up quickly! Wiley Ford Parents of students that ride bus 89 your students will be arriving later than usual due to bus mechanical problems. It will be approximately 10 to 15 minutes later than usual today.
Hello Wiley Ford families! Your child should have brought home a permission slip today for the school field trip on March 4, 2024, to the Country Club Mall to see the movie, "Migration". Hello Wiley Ford families! Our PTO meeting has been for tomorrow, February 15th at 5:30 PM, hope to see everyone there. Also, the representative from FNB Bank will be here during the school day tomorrow to accept any Mountaineer Savings deposits. There have been questions about school pictures and how to order copies after the picture day. We were told by G&G studio that you can contact them directly and they will help you out with it.
